Brice was awarded a 10-year Optimized Remediation Contract (ORC) at Beale AFB for 15 Installation Restoration Program sites and eight Military Munitions Response Program sites. The objective of this ORC is to perform environmental services necessary to maintain established remedies, optimize remedial progress at applicable sites, and achieve site-specific performance objectives to ensure the Air Force continues to fulfill its Environmental Restoration Program mission, while reducing life-cycle costs.
Brice is performing a range of activities, including long-term management, operations and maintenance of established remedies, base-wide groundwater monitoring, remedial design and remedial action for IRP and MMRP sites, and Restoration Advisory Board activities. All work is being conducted in accordance with CERCLA, California RCRA, and the California Leaking Underground Fuel Tanks Program.
